Road resurfaced

I'm afraid I did the council a disservice on my Ramp shot. Even there, you can see that they had surfaced up to the sign, and today I could see that two-thirds of the road have been done now. But when? The council have big signs congratulating themselves for resurfacing roads, but they aren't there yet.
The extra is another uninvited visitor.
