Featherbed Villas.

L3 Day 58 Lots of people in Home Park and still some ice on the ponds. Did a circuit round the outside of Bushy Park and home via Hampton Hill passing ‘Featherbed Villas’ . This is a newish development of 9 homes. It was built on the site of an old house, from about 1800, which has been restored and added to. The new houses have some Victorian features such as decorative metalwork to terraces and balconies. Allegedly the House was at some point the home of the Norton family of Motorcycle fame. The swirl on the notice looks a bit like that in the Norton Motorcycle logo!
