Umm ... Pavlova

Man today was busy!!! Can't believe I've made it and am still blipping!

Hosted a farewell party for some friends who are leaving HK :(. I made this pavlova for dessert. Everyone seemed really impressed with it and took loads of pix. So I thought I'd better take one too. One lady asked if she could order one for a gathering. Golly. It's just a pav! I should be pleased, I suppose, I could branch out and do desserts, not just 3D cakes, hmm ...

Anyway, I'm feeling pretty wasted and I think I'd better get to bed ... Tomorrow another busy day and I have to make a 'surprise' engagement cake. Yay!
