Worm's Eye View

I witnessed a fight in the park today - a family of water rats attacked a squirrel that tried to muscle in on the bread they'd found which the ducks hadn't been able to reach. I got a few pics but only from a distance and not good enough to be a blip-of-the-day. I was glad to see the squirrel escape with only its pride damaged.

Other than that, a most dark and drizzly day - Spring? Surely not!

So, when I got home I lay on the paving in the garden for a worm's eye view of this purple Primula. It's a little weather-beaten - but then, who isn't after a winter and harsh early Spring? It's colour, though, is full of power and strength - as I hope are all fellow Blippers.
