Roaring Augrabies Falls

It’s impossible to really convey they volume of water churning with a single photo, but what a spectacular sight!

We had elected to stay at the Oranjekom Gorge Cottage which is 10km downstream from the Falls but because the roads are flooded we had to take a much longer detour.

The extras show the scene going on below us. Needless to say it is a beautiful but hot and noisy place to spend some time.
