Bad Hair Day

We were just back from a terrific walk on the West Sands at St Andrews. He ran and played and had great fun. It was very windy, but dry and bright. The tide was so far out it looked about half a mile away. We both came home exhausted.

I got my Covid vaccine this morning. It was all very well organised and efficient. It feels good to have had it. A big step in the right direction hopefully.
