Crocus being tickled

I actually watched this bee for a while. It really was in no rush and was busy filling its pollen sacks as well as collecting the nectar.

Been a strange one. Did a training run which in my head was going to be easy and I was going to relax into a nice long run. In the end it was like that for the first 25k and the last 5 was horrible. Now got a limp and a very sore left calf. Almost on my target time but not quite but if this doesn't clear I am not going to even do the run.
