Emergency Onion

It was getting late and no photo taken, so with dinner already demolished and well on its way to being digested I was left with the leftover bit of dinner - part of an onion.

Dinner was a combination of leftover mince (made into a home-made burger) with home made potato wedges (potatoes from the garden), green beans (also from the garden, but via the freezer), and some leftover mushrooms that needed using up.
