Jab No 1

I had the first Covid jab this morning. (Astra-Zeneca)
No side effects so far today.
I was warned that the arm could be sore where I was injected, maybe if I kept rubbing the spot I could make it sore, but can't find it, so no soreness.

The whole thing was very efficient (that's what happens when you leave health issues to the National HEALTH Service (the clue is in the name), rather than giving the job to your mates who have no knowledge or experience in the area.

I even managed to sign up for a free smoke detector while waiting for 15 minutes after the jab in case of a reaction. Mine needs replacing, it's well overdue as they only last 10-15 years before the radioactive bit in it starts to run out of radioactivity to do the detection.
