Chasing the sun...

It was a beautiful sunny day today - we went for a lovely walk with Alfred and he was delighted to be out in the sun. As sunset approached we chased it round the countryside until it was low and big - I love sunsets :-)

Now we're home in the warm and I'm making a lovely potato pie, with tomato sauce filling and cheddar topping - with plenty of garlic!! Served with courgettes fried in butter and herbs. It's starting to smell good - delicious! :-)
