Having a day off...

After yesterday's spectacular display, the sun has taken a day off to recharge its batteries. Hopefully this won't take any longer than 24 hours!

To cheer ourselves up after a grey day, Mr K is making us a mediterranean dinner - one of his specialities - chicken gyros, rice, greek salad and tatziki! Boiled chicken for Mr D - maybe with a spoonful of rice as variety is the spice of life! :-)
