Lockdown 3.0  Day #46

Damp and windy. We didn't feel like going out after we got back from the supermarket, so I have been waiting for something to turn up in the garden. The birds have been infrequent today, but it was nice to see that the Jays weren't too bothered that we had hacked down the elder this week. 

Today I ordered 100 "free" summer flowering bulbs to be delivered next week. In hindsight, maybe I should have decided where to plant them first.... 
Oh well, some of them can go in pots and I'm sure Mum and Dad will take any that are left over. Since they only cost the postage I won't be too upset if they don't all flower, but hopefully they will bring some nice colour into the garden later in the year and then in years to come.
