Notes: Another awake-early-then-fall-back-asleep for a bit. The final waking up is groggy and out-of-sync feeling but this must be where I'm at for now. Caught up on news mostly, did a meditation and then had 130p session w/ Lauren (5 of my pkg of 5). Was a really great one hitting on deep buried emotions from birth. Shower then and quiet rest of afternoon. My carrot stick cutting was unusual! Multiple work calls off and on with Alison (for Salini) that went till 745p. Good day overall ...
