Notes: Cold morning but headed out before 7a, filled up w/ gas and had a quiet Publix visit for just a handful of things. Did more reading than usual (all Dolores Cannon, Convoluted Universe Book 3) and did a meditation. Tried a new mixture for dinner: sauteed zucchini in garlic and olive oil with cherry tomatoes sliced mixed in at the end and drizzled with lemons - all put over soba noodles (buckwheat pasta) - so good!
