The Distraction Game

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We had a day of limbo waiting for the phone to ring with news from the hospital. When the call came, it was to say that Penny is to have another scan and we will hear more tomorrow.

So the house is clean, every scrap of washing is done and I’ve made enough soup to fill a swimming pool.*

Thankfully the lock lube arrived - the garage door now works properly again.**
