Fungi

We visited the Parnell Farmers Market this morning, where we can refill our milk bottles and our egg cartons and buy organic or, at the very least, spray-free produce using our own bags.  There is a mushroom stall that we find fascinating.  You can buy a bag, or a tray, or a “grow kit” to grow your own. The mushrooms not only look good, but taste delicious. I can sense a homemade mushroom lasagne coming up.
