I dashed out into the back garden to take this photo. Its nice to have some flowers in the garden to enjoy at this time of year .
It’s Day 5 of the Dincharya challenge. I got up 6.45 for my practice. Today there was splashing eyes with cold water . I forgot to taken my glasses off ;-) so had a giggle and tried again. It was refreshing.

The weather has been foul today and I didn’t get out for a walk again. My fibromyalgia is playing up , lots of nerve pain and fatigue. So I spent most of the day in bed .
Chatted to Andy on messenger. He’s been out jogging today :-) I’m proud of his efforts to get fit !
