Exotic yellow bamboo

Went to pick up some Mexican bamboo for a design project and the Islands Bamboo Gardens in Pinellas Park, FL have such a wonderflow showroom, nursery, water features, bromeliads and even furniture made of bamboo. The golden yellow bamboo was the most eye catching, though the had many wonderful varieties. They had one called Teddy Bear that had fuzzy stalks, and was soft like a teddy bear! It gets to be about 80 feet tall, so not a good use for most areas. All of the bamboos they sell are the clumping variety. It was an amazing place, and wonderful source for the exotic and unusual!
