Labyrinth 70/270 Bermondsey
The London tube is 150 years old this year.
As part of the celebrations the artist Mark Wallinger has created a labyrinth to be displayed in each of the 270 stations on the network.
A labyrinth, as opposed to a maze, has only one route to the centre and is often seen as representing a spiritual journey.
I'm not sure travelling on the tube is a sprititual journey, but I like the graphic black and white labyrinths all the same.
Only a few have been installed so far, so I was pleased to spot this one in Bermondsey station today. I love collecting sets of things but 270 stations might be a challenge.
Expect to see them crop up now and again when I travel on the tube.
