Hellebore

Walking up the road from the supermarket this morning I did some peeping through gates and over low garden walls. I was looking for crocuses ..... an unsuccessful search but I did see this lovely hellebore in the garden of a friend so I was able to get just a bit closer than just standing on the pavement.

It has been a beautiful day .... not quite tee shirt weather yet but those days will come. Forecast for tomorrow ..... another day of wall to rain ☹️
