Surprise Visitor!

I arrived home from having Mini Mo serviced this morning and had to scramble for both the camera and the Field Guide to Birds of Australia.  It was a first for Wombat Hollow to see a White Necked (Pacific) Heron sitting on the bird bowl quite happily surveying the scene.  I have to say I'm absolutely delighted with this image.  It's the first time I have ever EVER seen one of these majestic birds in my life.
