The Skating Path

This photo was taken at a park on one of the local lakes.   There is a walkway/boardwalk from one end of the park to the other with several benches, picnic tables and a couple gazebos to relax in.   In the summer it is a great place to spend some time - there is a beach where you can swim or just relax in the sun, as well as play areas for the kids and beautiful gardens.   In the winter, the city makes a skating path on the ice.   In this photo, the plow is out clearing last night's snowfall from the  path.
