Gardening gets serious

Here's hoping that the peas and beans that I planted a few days ago will sprout happily under these new cloches. I bought them online on Sunday and they arrived today.

Normally I might have done some gardening on a Tuesday, but today I needed to do more work on the important urgent document (and anyway, the weather has been pretty vile).

It's a proper work day for me tomorrow. The first of the eight (scheduled) conference calls is at 09:00...

Exercise today: strength training; 30 minutes on the exercise bike.
