You can't beat a good stretch ....

..... after some preening and some physical jerks in the water.

Much better weather today but no sunshine or blue skies.  It was good to get out for a walk this morning after yesterday's gales and heavy rain.

I chose the right time for my walk round the loch. The Greylags were all in the shallow water busying themselves with preening and then having a good roll in the water.
