Tree Update

A windy day, easing this evening.  Some fine sunny spells, and then a shower in the afternoon.  A dry evening. 

I've been working in the museum again today.  Met mam for a lunchtime walk.  Big Brian and Madeline popped by the door this evening.  Walkies, and then feet up.  Sad news came this morning, grand aunt Joan (Tait) passed away last night.  Due to Covid-19, I only got to see her once last year.  Thoughts are with our family, and her loved ones. 

A year ago today, I took a photo of these trees, and in the last year they've grown a fair bit.  I planted them about 5 years ago, so they are doing really well for Shetland's wind battered isles.  It almost has a feel of spring this past few days, so hopefully they'll get another good growth this year.  Taken at Aith, Cunningsburgh.
