In the Wildwood

The woods close to where I live have been designated as a local nature reserve. Over the past couple of days many new trees have been planted. They are all about 6 - 8 feet tall and most still have labels attached to them, showing that they belong to several different species, including acers. Watching the men working I was struck by the fact that what they are doing is bringing new life into the woods. Today's blip photo was taken this morning in another area of the woodland which has a wild, untamed character.
