Lily Creek Boardwalk Trail

The Lily Creek is a wetland area located between 2 major roads in this part of the city and several years ago a boardwalk trail was built through the area.   This was actually the first time I had walked in there and although it's nice enough in the winter, it would be much more interesting in the summer.   
The building you can see near the top right side is Science North.   It is on the other side of the road and is a very popular tourist attraction here.   And yes, it is built in the shape of a snowflake!    It is a great place to take the family, especially children, with its' hands-on activities and interactive displays,  as well as live animals, such as a beaver, flying squirrels, snakes, spiders and butterflies.
