Insurance agreed to replace our roof due to some hail damage that happened last year - it wasn’t terrible but there were some shingles missing and as it was paid for - thought it was an opportune time to replace what was getting old. There’s a massive industry in replacing roofs here - like a lot of things initially poorly constructed and then spawning employment and money making opportunities on the back of having to replace the poor quality of the initial product. Anyway, here are the many workers removing the shingles - woke us up at 7:15 am sounding like a herd of elephants trampling across the ceiling!!
