Full Moon

I went for a walk along the Merse at Caerlaverock late afternoon. I was the only walker there . I was hoping to see the barn owl , but heard a tawny owl calling in the woods . As it got darker 100s of barnacle geese took flight from the fields inland and few overhead into the estuary , a place of safety overnight.
A full moon was shining brightly in the night sky and as I walked back I saw my shadow cast by the moon. The moon light lit my way as I walked back well after sunset.

Afterwards I went round to mums to wash and style her hair.
