First outing Backblip

We were invited to our friends' place for lunch today. We haven't socialised since the end of November. The restrictions have been eased slightly despite the numbers staying high. Two households are allowed to meet although our friend's mother came as well. Our friends have already had Covid and the mother tested negative yesterday. We can get tested whenever we like at the various testing stations. That was so thoughtful of her - it didn't occur to me. Hubby and I are self isolating as much as possible but I have been attending a lot of medical appointments.
After a lovely lunch the girls played Canasta while the boys took the human dynamo out for a walk. I caught a rare moment when he was sitting still on his mother's shoulders. I was trying to fade out the parents so I could post to facebook. They don't mind if I post photos of L to facebook but, for personal reasons, they don't want to be in the same photo as he is. So I won't post this Blip to facebook seeing as they are still recognisable. I have sent them the photo instead.
