Iris 'George'

The glorious spring summer sunshine continues today so that has meant back to gardening tasks! So much nicer when there's blue sky! Even if it did seem to bring out the neighbourhood noisy power tools... do they not work if it's cloudy!? LOL!

Our garden arches have seen better days so beginning the process of searching out new ones! We have metal ones but they don't seem to be able to cope with the weight of plants we have climbing up them so we might have to go for wooden ones next - if we can find ones that aren't too wide!

Lots of Iris in flower at the moment and we got the George variety because of my nephew! Hopefully we can see him again soon - not seen him and his sister now since August... way too long
