yellow
Joanna and I enjoyed a lovely walk along the Nith from Dalswinton this afternoon. This yellow lichen was growing on the sandstone underneath a railway bridge. Looking at the photo now, I realise that I should have asked Joanna to pose one the right hand side. She was wearing a turquoise headscarf which would have looked fabulous against the yellow. Somehow I have got out of the habit of taking portraits.
I'm blipping fairly early because I have an exciting event this
Tevening - an online Murder Mystery with my Samba Sisters. In normal times we would all be around Fiona's dining table but this is the next best thing. Dressing up, dodgy accents, lots of laughs and D banished to the kitchen to watch "Al Capone" :-)
Today's walk: Dalswinton River path with Joanna. 3.5miles
