Chocolate and Peanut butter with a Peanutbutter and cream cheese frosting.

Not sure I'd bother again tbh, it was a made up recipe, modified cream cheese frosting and a vegan sponge recipe. I raked out the vegan cake recipe on hearing the announcement the ds1's girlfriend has stepped up her veggie status to vegan.

I like my PB unadulterated and slathered on hot buttered toast best.


And yes I know philly is not vegan, but these were for us, and the cake is the work of seconds to make.
