Next Property!

Well, we were out of the buying game for approximately 17 days. Nothing in the queue, nothing going in the queue. But we've been trying to find a second property for an investor for several months now, with not much success. Some annoying near misses. Really annoying near misses.

And then this property was listed on Thursday night, we saw it yesterday, had a contract in place by the afternoon, and this morning the contract was executed! Yeehar.

This place will need a small renovation; paint throughout, new kitchen and new bathroom. We'll also be doing this one slightly different to our normal ones in and get some outside help to turn this over. I'll manage them and the budget.

The question is whether we can stretch for new floors. Sure hope we can. They need not cost the earth, but covering painted hardwood floors are the least we could do for them.
