The Jazz Singer

The skylarks were singing at the top of their voices at Lodge Farm this afternoon. Then Ollie dog and I heard singing from the other side of a hedge. We turned the corner and met friendly jazz singer Shelley Twinn. She sang Joe Cocker's You Are So Beautiful to Ollie and told us about the difficulties performers are having during lockdown. In normal circumstances she would be singing at The Nag's Head in Walthamstow.
