Wind Flowers....

These delicate white flowers are Japanese Anemones, otherwise known as Wind Flowers. We have quite a lot of the plants growing in our garden. They seem to thrive in either shade or full sun and they spread very readily. We have a pink variety as well grown from a small plants given to me by Kaye, a good friend. This afternoon we visited our friend Norma. She plans to move house and has given us lots of lovely cuttings and plants from her garden.
It has been cloudy for most of the day and once again very humid. We look forward to predicted rain.
