Dawn Sky….

The red and pink tones in this morning’s dawn sky painted the water in the river a pretty shade of pink. Maisie is investigating interesting scents at the water’s edge. She is almost hidden in the long grasses.
The Omicron variant of Covid-19 is tightening its grip on the country with almost 20000 new cases reported today. Auckland is the hardest hit followed by other North Island locations. The numbers are creeping up in the South Island with 40 new cases here in Marlborough. We have been let off lightly until now. Take care my friends.
