The twinkling River Ness

What fantastic weather. If the rest of March is like this .....  but it probably won't be. I walked via the canal and the river at a brisk pace as I had somehow allowed 40 minutes for a 45 minute walk. I needed to hand a blood pressure machine in at the GP surgery before it closed at 12:30. So I was in head down, 'I can do this,' mode. It reminded me of my road racing times. And I made it! What was different today, compared with yesterday, was that I had targets . My extra  shot is of Inverness Castle, currently undergoing a major revamp.
