Battle Of The Flowers

Nice Carnival has a thing called Bataille de Fleurs ('battle of the flowers') which is basically a carnival procession where all the floats are decorated with flowers, and a pretty lady stands atop each float throwing flowers at the crowd. On a day like today with a beautiful cloudless blue sky and spring sunshine, it's a real riot of colour.
