Daffodils

The daffodils are out, in time for St David’s Day next week.  This is another of the sights I have seen on my little morning walk. I am not sure the picture has quite captured it but, because of the way the morning sun was catching the yellow flower, it looked like the flower was shining a light on the surrounding greenery.  I am not really noticing the temperature increase to suggest spring is on the way but the sky is bright today which is lovely.
