Lasagne. And Abi

After her lovely, heart-warming #28loaves project in February, the Minx has settled on something a little more virtuous for March, revolving around a healthy diet and exercise.

I thought I'd do my bit by cooking something from first principles*, this evening, and I settled on the lasagne because, yes, it's delicious, but mainly as everyone in the family loves it, especially with some salad and garlic bread (although I can't swear that I saw Dan touch the green stuff).

Abi spotted me grabbing a shot and cheerfully photobombed.

*OK, the pasta was not made by me.
