Name of the game!
It’s always difficult when you lose a pet.
After losing Bean I’ve struggled, although Bean was at an age that you start think it could be possible she had been enjoying life running along the beach just a few weeks before.
I was asked what I wanted for Christmas and couldn’t decide as I didn’t really need anything.
So I said I’d rehome a dog if I ever found a suitable one.
We had been home checked last year, before I’d lost Bean as I said if I ever saw a dog I wanted I’d take it on.
I wanted to be prepared then obviously Covid put a stop to most things.
Last week P told me a few dogs
had come on to a rescue site.
I commented on a little white one and then two reds came up, I said I’d be willing to give one a home, the lady messaged me back to say they were a bonded pair.
Thinking I had no chance I said I had a good history with the breed and two wouldn’t be an issue.
I was asked then if I would be happy to rehome the sisters.
Yesterday I picked them up.
P is to have the quiet girl and I picked this little tinker.
Luckily Harry Potter approves and is happy to cuddle up.
It’s just a name I’m struggling with.
I’d always wanted a Sprout when I’d got Bean but I’m not sure Sprout suits her.
So I’m pondering on the Harry Potter theme..Hermione seems abit too long to be yelling.
I thought Dobby but that’s more of a boys name.
Then on the other hand I could go with my favourite TV programme Game of Thrones
Sansa or Ayra.( by the way she’s at the front as Harry looks like a girl)!!
