Amaryllis

I’m a day late writing this as I ran out of steam yesterday.
I took this photo of this beautiful amaryllis outside, however it normally lives on a shelf in the hall. A blast of colour .

In the morning I taught a gentle accessible yoga class - with 10 participants.
After that I went on a 6 mile walk with my friend Julie in to town along the river towards Nunholm and back again.
In the afternoon I had a trip to the recycling centre.
In the evening I joined a mantra session online — chanting the Gayatri mantra 108 times. The energy was lovely.
