I’ve had a quieter day . I did this silk painting card to send to my friend Jackie for her birthday.
I covered a yoga class for a friend late morning.
In the afternoon I went round to my mums to wash and style her hair .
This evening I’m attending a Kirtan from Mandala yoga Ashram ... yay :-)
