Me and Daisy

She organised this. Not sure how are convincing our smiles are but I will take it as a nice thing, it’s been very lovely to have her home this week. She came home to see if it made her happier to be here, it doesn’t as it turns out- she needs the normal life of being out and about. Don’t we all! She’s going back tomorrow.

My Friday non- meeting day was in tatters before it started and I was still in calls at 5:30. Not a good Friday thing. But then we had dinner, Splendor and Scattegories - I lost at everything for the record. Just as well that is not anything like an important thing for me.

Oh! And the opticians presented me with 3 pairs of perfect glasses. Am delighted with my new ocular options.
