Busy baking

Hot cross buns cost a fortune here, so I thought I would have a go at making my own. It was a bit of a fiddle but well worth it, 16 lovely buns, beautiful texture and not an additive in sight. Roy had been working hard in the garden and he appreciated a couple of these warm, with butter and strawberry jam on and a nice cup of tea. Also made a soup for lunch, as its not very warm today, and a pork and orange casserole for tea tonight. Sarah how was your beef dish last night, let me have the recipe.
