Another beautiful day.
Had a change from walking for exercise. Went for bike ride along a local cycle trail. It was hard work and challenging at times but so lovely to be flying solo with our dog running alongside. Great exercise for her !
Before my accident I was a very keen cyclist on 2 wheels. That may not happen again. But 3 wheels is better than none !
Lots of intrigue from children as to why I’m wearing an eyepatch. As for adults, it’s as though my disabilities don’t exist.
