Personal grooming

These two were looking after some little bits of grooming for each other this afternoon.  They spend time in one of the fields behind the house when the weather is reasonable.  The brown one looks to have a bit of a rash on his bum.  He was having a good scratch on the wire fence just before that but I was too late to catch that.  Maybe I should take him some of my ointment...  There are three horses generally and I like to watch them playing with each other.

That's about the extent of the excitement today apart from me coming close to nearly falling over in some mud.  A tree saved me.  

Why do women pole vaulters where such skimpy knickers?  Just asking.
