Clouds and shadows

Husband and went into Portland this morning to take care of a few errands and the clouds were so beautiful, that we stopped to pick up a sandwich and headed out the gorge for an impromptu picnic.  We were even able to eat (quickly) outside at a park, there was still piles of snow in places.  I was really enjoying the shadows and sunlight.  I was glad I always grab the R and the 24-240 lens when I go out the door, when we decided to go for the drive husband said I was forbidden to say "I wish I had the other lens, camera, tripod...."
