Only one toffee in the quality street little box, had to be savoured .
Broke the lockdown advice and had Liz over for a long distance cup of coffee in the garden ( blankets and hot water bottles required) it was sooo good to natter in person just for an hour.
The good news is our little local hospital if COVID free. All the nurses have gone back to their normal wards and duties . Please let it last.
Unfortunately the vaccine roll out is slower than hoped in Ireland with supply chain problems, the target for 100,000 has not been met this week and the initial hopes and predictions of the mass vaccination programme are being down scaled but hopefully we’ll done by June .
